This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the general process followed when a customer wishes to cancel an order or when a refund may become applicable to a NeelYash transaction.

Refunds relating to products that have already been delivered should also be read together with our Return Policy.

Nothing in this Policy is intended to restrict rights or remedies that apply under applicable law.

If you wish to cancel an order, contact NeelYash as soon as possible after placing it.

Cancellation is generally easier to process while the order is still awaiting fulfilment and has not entered a stage where shipment can no longer reasonably be stopped.

Please provide:

• Your NeelYash order number.
• Name associated with the order.
• Registered email address or mobile number.
• Reason for requesting cancellation.

Once an order has been dispatched or transferred into the courier fulfilment process, we may no longer be able to cancel it immediately.

Where cancellation cannot be completed before delivery, the customer may need to receive the shipment and then follow the applicable Return Policy if the product qualifies for return.

Refusing a shipment does not necessarily create an immediate refund. The package may first need to travel back through the courier network and the order may need to be reviewed after its return.

In some circumstances, NeelYash may be unable to fulfil an order and may need to cancel all or part of it.

Examples may include:

• Product becoming unavailable before fulfilment.
• Payment not being successfully confirmed.
• An obvious pricing or website error.
• Incorrect or incomplete order information preventing fulfilment.
• Suspected fraudulent or unauthorised transaction.
• Delivery being unavailable to the supplied destination.
• Other circumstances that reasonably prevent fulfilment of the order.

Where we cancel a prepaid order after successful payment, an applicable refund will be processed for the cancelled amount.

A refund may be applicable depending on the circumstances of the transaction.

A return request and a refund are related but separate stages.

Where a delivered product is eligible for return, the return must ordinarily follow the conditions and procedure stated in the NeelYash Return Policy.

A refund may be initiated after the returned product and relevant circumstances have been reviewed and the return is accepted for refund.

A product that does not satisfy the applicable return conditions may not qualify for a refund unless another remedy is required under applicable law.

Where an eligible refund relates to an online payment, we will ordinarily seek to process it through the applicable payment route or another appropriate method where necessary.

The exact method may depend on the payment method used, payment gateway capabilities and transaction circumstances.

Customers may be asked for reasonable transaction information where needed to identify or verify the payment.

Once a refund is approved and initiated by NeelYash, the time required for the amount to appear in the customer's account may depend on the bank, payment gateway, card network, UPI service or other payment provider involved.

The time taken by an external financial institution after refund initiation is outside NeelYash's direct processing control.

If a refund has been confirmed as initiated but is not reflected after a reasonable processing period, contact us with the relevant order and transaction details so that the available refund status can be reviewed.

A payment attempt may occasionally fail or become interrupted even though the customer receives a debit notification from their bank or payment app.

If our system does not receive a successful payment confirmation, the order may remain unpaid, pending or unsuccessful.

Where a payment was debited but the transaction ultimately failed, the amount may be subject to reversal or reconciliation through the relevant bank or payment service provider.

If the payment does not resolve appropriately, contact NeelYash with:

• Order number, if generated.
• Transaction reference number.
• Payment date and amount.
• Payment method used.

If you believe the same NeelYash order has been charged more than once, contact us with the relevant transaction references.

We will review the order and payment records available to us.

Where a duplicate successful collection is verified and the additional amount is not legitimately due, the appropriate refund or payment correction may be processed.

Where Cash on Delivery is available for an order, cancellation before payment ordinarily does not create a prepaid amount requiring refund.

If a refund later becomes due for a paid Cash on Delivery order, we may request suitable refund information or use another available method to process the approved amount.

Cash on Delivery availability may vary and is determined by the options presented during checkout.

Whether an original shipping charge, delivery fee or similar amount is refundable depends on the circumstances of the cancellation, return or fulfilment issue.

Where an order is cancelled by NeelYash before fulfilment, any amount actually collected for an unprovided shipping service will be reviewed as part of the applicable refund.

For customer-initiated post-delivery returns, treatment of shipping-related amounts may depend on the applicable return conditions and the reason for the return.

If an order was placed using a coupon, promotional discount or other offer, any refund calculation will ordinarily be based on the amount actually attributable to and paid for the eligible item or order.

A used coupon or promotional benefit may not automatically be reinstated following cancellation or return unless the applicable offer terms or circumstances provide otherwise.

If an order contains multiple products, it may sometimes be possible to cancel only part of the order before fulfilment, depending on its processing status and website functionality.

Where part of a prepaid order is validly cancelled, the refund will relate to the applicable cancelled portion and other affected charges, if any.

Where NeelYash specifically requests information necessary to process an approved refund, customers are responsible for providing accurate information.

Do not send sensitive authentication credentials. We may request only information reasonably required to identify the transaction or facilitate an applicable refund.

We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy when our order processes, payment arrangements, website features, policies or applicable requirements change.
